Excellent customer service! Took my car in after hitting a deer. Insurance wouldn't cover it. The representative I met with from R&S was very helpful and considerate. When I decided I wasn't going to request service, he made some quick fixes to my bumper and passenger door and didn't even accept a tip! He didn't try to sell hard or anything; just honest and friendly service!

My 2006 Cady STS was damaged in a hail storm. The dimpled darling was a mess. Riley & Sons is a class act with out a dout. They did an outstanding job on the body repair and kept us informed of any issues that came up. They discovered we had a bad battery in the car and replaced it, charging only for the battery. They didn't want us to get stranded some place with a bad battery. The car was returned detailed inside and out. They took care of getting us a rental car too. We can't say enough about their service, simply outstanding!!!!
