The most important thing about any auto care place is that they fix your car. Riley & Sons does this, but they do more. The people you come in contact with are knowledgeable and courteous. Two things I really appreciate: 1. If there is more of a problem than I thought and it might cost more than estimated, I get a call from the manager before proceeding; 2. The manager goes over the receipt with me and tells me what might need attention in the next 6 months then I have time to adjust my car budget. I really like doing business here. I hate when my car doesn't work right, they make my experience a little easier.
