We have used multiple veterinary clinics in the past and have always experienced the same routine over and over. Pet comes in, pet gets seen and pet goes home. We had become accustomed to this ritual and thought it was just how vet clinics operate. This was until we happend to use PVC for boarding because our normal vet was booked full. Immediately as I walked in the door was happily greeted and they got right to work. The staff were warm and welcoming, you could see that they genuinely cared for the animals. My anxious pup immediately warmed up to them which is very rare. We have continued to come back with the same experience, they treat your pet like family. This place will change your idea if what a veterinary clinic should be. Great experiences and a customer for life I would highly recommend PVC to any pet owner.
Highly recommend. I drove up from Indianapolis because the price they charge is way more reasonable. My dog has Cushing Disease. Dr. Connor and her staff were very compassionate and showed genuine concern for me and my dog. Highly recommend them to all.
This is a fantastic vet! Dr. Crabtree was very kind and understanding, as was the whole staff there. My great Dane is very timid and scared of new people, but she warmed up to them faster than I’ve ever seen! They were all very professional, and the pricing is very reasonable as well. I’m ecstatic to have found a caring vet that I can trust with my mutts! Thanks everyone there
After a terrible experience at PetSmart in Anderson we were at a loss as to what we were going to do. Our 10 month golden retriever Loved it there.
