Staff does not know how to do there job they want to take my money but not give me proof of coverage. I've been with state farm for 4+ years.

John and his staff always try to put the customer first. They communicate very well and respond to questions quickly. Just having insurance isn't something I want. I want a relationship. I get that here.
Sadly, State Farms jingle is only that...a jingle. They are nothing "like a good neighbor." Really, they are about collecting premiums and refusing to help customers. I paid 10's of thousands of dollars in premiums over a decade with them. Claim free. The one time I need help with a $1621 insurance claim the refuse to help. Instead, they took almost two months and made sure they found an exclusion. John Cole seemed like a business professional...But not in a good way! He is a business man, about protecting State Farms $. Let’s not overlook that State Farm is worth $87.6 Billion…that’s with a “B.” Perhaps he is, but he does not seem concerned about you, your family or really helping at all. I was run around the insurance circuit having to be the one taking the initiative in contacting them to find details about my claim. From John, I sensed frustration with me and seemed to be a nuisance to him. They enjoyed collecting my payments every month, but the one time I asked of them I was treated as an uncared-for case number. There are plenty of better insurers I would recommend you go with. I strongly urge you, please don't waste your time or money with them only to leave as frustrated as I am.
DO NOT GO WITH john Cole because his staff sucks I will be dropping them!!!!!
