The people running this place are the best! The bathrooms are clean, service is friendly. Pet friendly! Multiple options for camping. They don't overstock or understock! Home away from home.
Other than that not being the name, it's great. My dad goes fishing all the time. And even does there pest control. Its beautiful. Not fond of the highway right next door but it's not terrible.
Staff members were very nice. Enjoyed fishing there, only thing I'd say might need work on is the restroom area. We were in cabin 1 the men's facility near that cabin was less then desirable. But the over all stay we had a great time.
paid 40 dollars for 2 people to fish for 12 hours. i caught 2 baby bluegill. ive passed this place on the interstate every day and was looking forward to going. you could say im a bad fisherman, and maybe i am, except no one around the whole lake was catching anything either. i think one person said they caught ONE catfish. pricey to come and not catch any fish, and the girlfriend got bored quickly with not even bluegill to entertain her. glad i didn't bring my kids, they would have been disappointed.
Had a great time place was very well taken care of . new owners are taking such great care of the place very clean and the ponds are stoked they stocked right before we got there we got 8 good size cat fish. In two day s with is not great but. You can't the hook stair in the fishes mouth if you know what I mean
